RIGHTS AND CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP

1. Benefits

• Membership-free signup
• Accumulate points indefinitely until you reach the SILVER card upgrade level.
• Discounts and rewards according to the program.

2. Conditions

• Customers provide all necessary information.
• Conditions for SILVER card UPGRADE: with a total accumulated spending value of 10,000,000 VND (100 points)

SILVER

1. Benefits

• 5% discount when using services at the restaurant system.
• Discounts and rewards according to the program.
• Discounts and rewards according to the program exclusively for SILVER customers.

2. Conditions

• Conditions for SILVER card: get a total accumulated spending value of 10,000,000 VND (100 points).
• Conditions for SILVER card: get a total accumulated spending value of VND 5,000,000 (50 points) within 01 year from the date of SILVER card.
• Conditions for GOLD card upgrade: have a total accumulated consumption value of from VND 10,000,000 (100 points) within 01 year from the date of obtaining the SILVER card.
• If within 01 year from the date of obtaining the SILVER card, the total accumulated spending value is less than 5,000,000 VND (50 points): the card will return to the original level of Membership.

GOLD

1. Benefits

• 10% discount when using services in the system.
• Discounts and rewards according to the program.
• Discounts and rewards according to the program exclusively for GOLD customers.

2. Conditions

• Conditions for GOLD card: get a total accumulated spending value of VND 10,000,000 (100 points) within 01 year from the date of SILVER card.
• Conditions for GOLD card status: get a total accumulated spending value of VND 10,000,000 (100 points) within 01 year from the date of GOLD card.
• If within 01 year from the date of obtaining the GOLD card, the total accumulated consumption value is less than 10,000,000 VND (100 points): the card will be downgraded to SILVER.

GENERAL TERMS:

• 1 point equivalent to 100,000 VND (final value paid by the customer).
• Applied discount in conjunction with other discount promotions.
• Applied to use services at restaurants and delivery throughout the system.
• Accumulated points are applied to other customer care programs.
• The membership grade is valid for 01 year from the date of obtaining the SILVER/GOLD card tier, renewing, or upgrading the card.
• The membership grade shall reset to the Membership card tier when it has not been used at any time in the system during the year.
• The membership is uniquely valid for the account holder.
• Please provide accurate information at checkout to accumulate points and apply discounts.
• This membership is issued by Tokyo Deli, and Tokyo Deli reserves the right to refuse to use, temporarily lock, or suspend the account in some cases of upgrade, adjust, change, or cancel the policy without prior notice to the customer.
